Wintertide – December 29th
They say the universe is expanding. That should help with the traffic.
Steven Wright
The last few twilights of 2022 offers awesome displays for avid star gazers!
Starting December 28th, all seven planets will be visible until the year’s end. Best viewing time is directly after sunset. In the low, western sky both Venus and Mercury will be seen near the horizon. Mercury, Uranus and Neptune may require binoculars due to their size and distance. Jupiter, Saturn and Mars should be high and bright and easy to spot.
Not experiencing a clear sky view? Livestream on Virtual Telescope’s website beginning at 11 a.m. ET.
